This application is designed to register a guest for a LifePod session. Each session can be saved with guest details, chosen program, optional notes, and critical contra-indications.
The system stores each entry into an extended list, allowing you to review former programs. It’s a tool which must be used for our safety, and for your work-load.
📲 Adding a Guest Program
1. Cam Scan of Guest QR Code
Click the cam icon (left) in the title bar to open your mobile camera. Scan the guest’s QR code. After scanning, return to this page and the guest data will be automatically inserted.
2. For Walk-in Guests (without QR)
Click the event button (right) in the title bar to open the Event & Pricelist selector. First, select your location, then choose the program the guest wants to use. Return to this page to continue with the session.
📋 How to Register a Client
Complete these steps for every guest to ensure a safe session and keep records.
1. Client Photo – Take or upload a photo for identification.
2. Contraindications – MUST CHECK! Ask the guest and tick all that apply for safety.
3. Save Client – Stores all info (photo, program, contra) locally on this device.
4. Send Records – Email the session summary to the office for backup.
Search – Find a previous client by name.
Edit / Copy – Update a client’s file or create a new one based on an old record.
